In early 2017, the customer learned that our company produces excellent screw machine equipment and visited Mingke's factory to investigate. They invited an engineer to visit their company to understand their product needs and to develop a package solution specifically for their products. Upon arriving at the customer's site, we found that the hardware accessory packaging workshop was very messy, and the personnel were rotated from each department, with at least 20 people working at a time, and sometimes there were up to 70 or 80 people. Due to the rotation of personnel from different departments, the efficiency was low and the error rate in packaging was very high, resulting in a high complaint rate from customers. Mingke provided the customer with an initial plan, and after the customer arranged for product samples to be sent, we made a detailed plan. However, since the customer's company did not have a professional and orderly packaging process, the samples that came were very disorganized and numerous, and our staff and engineers had to sort them out one by one, taking nearly two months to organize the samples, take photos, and format the documents. The customer was very satisfied with Mingke's professional spirit and attitude and exclaimed that there was a reason why Mingke's packaging equipment was so good. They decided to cooperate with Mingke directly and no longer considered other suppliers. After using the equipment for more than three years, the customer is still very satisfied with the stable performance and effectiveness of the equipment, and they are considering adding new equipment in the future.
