Established in 2003, Shenzhen Sanye Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales, and services of health food, beauty products, and traditional Chinese medicine products. It is the Chinese strategic partner of the American Life Health Industry Group.
The first cooperation between Mingke and Sanye started in 2016 when Mr. Chi and Mr. Shi from Sanye Biotechnology came to Mingke to investigate packaging machines. The customer introduced their packaging needs and requirements, as well as their product positioning. When Mingke learned that the customer wanted to go for a high-end product route, they recommended the use of rounded-corner packaging, which originated from high-end health products in Japan and South Korea. However, rounded-corner packaging was not yet popular in China in 2016, and Mingke seized this opportunity to tell the customer that by using rounded-corner packaging, they can make a big difference from other domestic health products in terms of packaging. Furthermore, rounded-corner packaging is aesthetically pleasing and can enhance the value of their products. Mr. Chi also has keen market sensibilities and immediately agreed to use rounded-corner packaging and signed a contract with Mingke for packaging machinery, marking the beginning of our cooperation.
After the first machine was delivered and put into use at Mingke, the customer's new product with new packaging was launched shortly after. In order to give the customer's product a unique feature in the market, Mingke suggested using rounded-corner packaging to help position their product. At that time, rounded-corner bags were not yet prevalent in China, and the novel packaging and clear product positioning made the new product of Sanye Biotechnology sell very well, with high demand and low supply. Mr. Chi from Sanye Biotechnology thus established a long-term cooperative relationship with Mingke.
Of course, in addition to helping customers clarify their product positioning, Mingke's services have also been highly praised by customers. Whenever there is a problem with the machine, Mingke always tries their best to solve the after-sales issues for customers in a timely manner. It is precisely because of the timely after-sales service that helps customers solve production schedule problems in time, making our cooperation more solid.
