In 2019, the customer showed great interest in our packaging machines. After preliminary communication, the customer was very satisfied with us and immediately flew from Korea to Guangzhou to visit our company. Due to the large demand of the company, they hoped that Mingke could help them operate in this market. After several days of communication and negotiation, coupled with a detailed test of the machines, the customer expressed approval of the quality of Mingke's machines and their professional service attitude. The customer then decided to cooperate with Mingke for the nylon inner and outer bag triangle packaging equipment.
After the first batch of equipment arrived at the customer's factory, Mingke engineers rushed to Korea to help the customer debug the machines. The entire process went very smoothly and the machines were very stable in use. The customer highly praised the quality of our machines and the professionalism of our engineers. After using the machines for a period of time, due to an increase in market demand, the customer directly signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Mingke and had high expectations and trust in Mingke.
