Shun Hexing is a Malaysian company in the home furnishing industry, and they needed a packaging machine for hardware and plastic parts. After visiting our factory and testing our machines, the customer was very satisfied with Mingke's machines and noticed the technological differences between our machines and those of other suppliers. The customer immediately signed an order on the spot.
When our company went to the customer's location for installation and debugging, we discovered that the iron nails supplied were of varying sizes, which affected product quality. We reported this to General Manager Huang, who decided to eliminate this iron nail supplier. This discovery indirectly improved the customer's brand image, and the customer was very impressed with us.
In July 2019, the company visited Mingke again and was very impressed with our screw packaging machine. Without comparison, there is no discrimination. The customer immediately decided to eliminate the two machines from previous suppliers and purchase another batch from us, replacing the previous machines with Mingke's stable and high-quality machines.
Customers can switch from other suppliers to Mingke as their designated supplier because of the excellent quality of our products. Only when comparing with other machines from other suppliers can customers know what sets our machines apart and will unhesitatingly replace their old machines with ours. Therefore, sometimes what seems like a challenge is also an opportunity for us.
