The first time I came into contact with this client was in May 2018. Ms. Wen, a friend of the client, contacted me to inquire if we have a pouch tea packaging machine. After clarifying the client's needs, we immediately made an appointment to visit Mingke on the following Saturday.
Mr. Otto is a typical German, meticulous, careful, and rigorous. After confirming the purchase of the machine, the remaining communication was about the details of the machine. All the issues about the machine were carefully discussed, and finally, after understanding Mingke's products, he decided to cooperate with Mingke. It is not easy to have a customer from a world-class technology country place an order, which is all due to Mingke's 19 years of technical accumulation.
For Mr. Otto, he has seen many machines with excellent technology in Germany, and of course, those machines are more expensive. However, for such a meticulous and demanding customer, he is still willing to place an order with us, which shows that he believes that the quality of Mingke's machines is worthy of recognition. In addition, Mingke has exported machines to different countries, and its quality control can be seen.
