The leaders toured Mingke’s R&D center and production lines, witnessing live demonstrations of flagship products, including:

1. MK-SP6 Intelligent Granular Packaging System: A fully automated line integrating AI vision inspection and IoT connectivity, capable of processing 200 bags per minute with 99.9% accuracy.

2. MK-EL4 Eco-Friendly Film Wrapping Machine: Designed to reduce plastic waste by 30% through optimized material usage, aligning with Jiangxi’s circular economy initiatives.

3. Smart Factory Control Platform: A centralized digital dashboard enabling real-time monitoring of production efficiency, energy consumption, and predictive maintenance across multiple factories.

Of particular interest was Mingke’s R&D collaboration with Nanchang University on AI-driven quality control systems. • Talent Development: Plans for a provincial-level vocational training program, co-sponsored by Mingke, to cultivate skilled technicians in smart manufacturing.

• Export Expansion: Leveraging Jiangxi’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) connections to boost machinery exports to Southeast Asia and Africa.

Mr. Wang reaffirmed the government’s support, stating, “Mingke’s success is a benchmark for Jiangxi’s industrial upgrading. We will prioritize policies that enable such enterprises to scale sustainably while contributing to regional employment and technological sovereignty.”

Sustainability at the Core

The delegation applauded Mingke’s recent achievement of carbon-neutral certification for its Nanchang facility, powered by solar energy and waste-heat recovery systems. Mingke’s Vice President, Ms. Zhang Mei, shared plans to replicate this model across Jiangxi, aiming to reduce the province’s manufacturing carbon footprint by 15% by 2030.
